We work hard to provide you with healthy, quality animals, but sometimes, accidents do occur. If your animal begins to show signs of ill health within fourteen (14) days, we will work with you to rectify the situation. In the event that an animal must be returned to Venomoid, Inc., you will be given a replacement animal or given credit towards a future purchase at Venomoid, Inc..

We will only hold snakes that have a deposit place on them, typically 50% of the purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable so check your local and state laws before sending a deposit.
