• Live arrival is guaranteed; in the event of a DOA, please contact us immediately with proof of death and we will replace your animal or, if a replacement is not available, issue a refund.
• All snakes are guaranteed healthy and parasite-free. If your snake begins to show signs of ill health before fourteen (14) days from purchase, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to rectify the situation. After fourteen days, we cannot guarantee health as we have no control over the conditions that the snake is being kept in after purchase.
• All snakes are guaranteed to be feeding on thawed rodents of appropriate size.
• By purchasing a snake from Venomoid, Inc., you acknowledge the risks inherent in owning a formerly venomous snake. You agree to handle your animal with the utmost caution, and you release Venomoid, Inc. from any and all liabilities stemming from your ownership. We cannot be held responsible for any damages inflicted by our animals (for example, infection resulting from a bite).
